The Foundation reviews applications on a quarterly basis, and has established the following deadlines for review in 2009:
- January 22, 2010: Applications received by this date will be reviewed in March 2010
- April 2, 2010: Applications received by this date will be reviewed in June 2010
- July 2, 2010: Applications received by this date will be reviewed in September 2010
- October 1, 2010: Applications received by this date will be reviewed in December 2010
The Foundation will, for emergent, time-sensitive needs, respond to special requests outside the timeline outlined.
